Notes
Swap 1 to 2 tbsp ground flaxseed for the chia.
Any natural peanut butter works.
Any fruit works, fresh or frozen.
Add granola or nuts for crunch.
For more protein, stir in 1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder (about 445 calories and 39 g protein total).
For a bigger appetite, use 2 tbsp peanut butter (about 485 calories and 32 g protein).
New to chia? Start with 1 tsp and work up.
Most of the sweetness comes from the fruit. Only about 4 g of the 26 g of sugar comes from the honey, plus a little from the peanut butter. Skip the honey, and it drops to about 1 g.
